By completing this questionnaire, you consent to the collection, use and retention of the personal data you supply for the purpose of implementation of the PGR peer mentoring scheme. This information will be used solely for the PGR peer mentoring scheme and will be retained from the time that you complete the questionnaire, through the end of the 2019--20 academic year.
After completing this questionnaire, you will be contacted to complete a compulsory peer-mentor training session.
After receiving your training to be a mentor, you consent to have the information you supply in this questionnaire shared with post-grad students, post-docs and staff within the College of Engineering. This information will be shared to allow post-grads and post-docs who are interested to contact you as a peer mentor.
