GMC requirement that the College of Medicine ensures that all members of staff associated with selecting students and delivering teaching have undergone equality and diversity and that the College keeps records on this. This is to ensure proper processes are used in all matters within the Medical School. We are required to collect and present data on this as a part of the GMC course assessment process.
